No. There is currently no fee for job engagements arranged through the Platform. Workers keep 100% of what they agree with hirers. Our 10% fee only applies to equipment marketplace transactions.

Yes. To receive payments for marketplace sales, you need to complete Stripe Connect onboarding — which involves identity verification and linking a bank account. This is free and takes about 10 minutes. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified and handles your banking information securely. Proz4u never stores your bank details.
We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any fee change, and we'll notify you both through the app and on this page. Our philosophy is to keep fees transparent and fair — we only make money when you make money.
Most verifications are free to submit — you upload your document or cert and our team reviews it. Identity verification via Stripe Identity may incur a small cost depending on volume. We'll always tell you before you incur any charge. Verification is optional but strongly recommended — verified workers get significantly more profile views.
Hirers pay nothing to Proz4u for finding and hiring a worker. When purchasing equipment through the marketplace, the buyer pays the item price plus the 10% platform fee (e.g. a £100 item costs the buyer £110). This is shown transparently before payment.
